And it's not just women who turn up consistently and value these classes...the guys might not be in the photo, but they're there each week practicing along side these wonderful women. 🥰
Meet the amazing women who show up, move gently, support each other, and remind us what yoga is really about.
Adaptive Yoga with Sue is a free, weekly class in Ipswich designed to be inclusive and welcoming for all bodies and all abilities. Whether you’re living with an injury, navigating a disability, neurodivergent, have reduced vision, or just want a slower-paced class with lots of options — this space is for you.
Classes include chair-based variations, mat work with props, and plenty of time to pause, breathe, and adapt your practice to suit your needs. No previous experience needed. No pressure to perform. If you have a body and you can breathe, you can do yoga.
