🎄 Merry Christmas from Enrich Community Services 🎄
This year has been... a lot. For most of us it has been pretty chaotic, uncertain, and uncomfortable.
And yet, we have been quietly plodding along. We have adapted where needed, navigating the changes within our industry, and staying strong in who we are and why we do this work.

Our team is the absolute backbone of this small business.
They have worked so incredibly hard, and I am endlessly proud to be surrounded by people who are loyal to our cause, deeply committed, and genuinely care.

Enrich isn’t just another NDIS provider; we are a micro community. At Enrich, we have each other’s backs, we work seamlessly alongside one another, and we care, deeply, about this work and the people at the heart of it.

As we look ahead, 2026 is about solidifying our roots in the community, nurturing some exciting movements within our team, and creating the conditions for everything to truly thrive.
Thank you to everyone who has walked alongside us this year - Our participants and their families, our staff, and our community.

School principal David is back doing what he loves 🏫

After becoming a quadriplegic, the much loved principal has returned to his role thanks to workplace modifications such as widened doorways, automatic doors, and technologies like voice-to-text and voice recognition.

These mums are doing an amazing thing here... Anyone in the inner brisbane area looking for a community where they feel they and their little ones belong, THIS is it x

I'd like to share this moment with you all.
While one mum builds LEGO with her four-year-old, her baby Otis naps peacefully on another mum’s lap. 💛
No one planned it — it just happened. One mum with full hands, another with an open heart.

This is what our little café is really about.
Community. Connection. Gentle moments of care.

Davi said something today that stuck with me:
'Imagine our kids growing up saying, when we were little, there was this café where mums helped each other.'

That’s the kind of legacy we’re building together — one baby cuddle at a time.

What a fantastic privilege it is to support people as they step outside their comfort zones and watch a spark of confidence ignite within them 🥹💪 Our first social climb was an incredible success! From conquering their first climbs to cheering each other on, this amazing group showed courage, determination, and so much heart.

We saw some first-time climbers absolutely crush it, and there were plenty of laughs, high fives, and that unbeatable post-climb buzz. I cannot wait to watch these legends grow stronger, push their limits, and keep chasing that awesome dopamine rush.

Climbing Social Group! 🧗‍♀️
Enrich Community Services has just launched Enrich Endeavours—a rock climbing social group for NDIS participants aged 18-30!

This was inspired by one of our amazing participants Kobe, who struggled to find a social group that catered to his age and interests, so we decided to create one! Kobe is 22yo, and plays for one of the National Basketball Teams in QLD. He has recently moved from Melbourne after growing up in California. Kobe is really just looking for mates while doing an activity that is active and is FUN!

Join us every week at Crank Rock Climbing in Brisbane for fun, connection, and adventure in a safe and inclusive space.
Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned climber, this group is your chance to meet new friends, challenge yourself, and be part of something truly special.

🌍💚 Mental Health Week 2024 💚🌍

At Enrich Community Services, Mental Health Week is a time to reflect, connect, and continue the conversation around mental well-being. With our lived experience, we understand the resilience it takes to manage mental health challenges, and we’re committed to being here for you.

We recently had an incredible time at the Mental Health and Wellness Expo on World Mental Health Day! It was amazing to connect with so many people in our community, learn about our local resources, share our stories, and offer support. We’re grateful for everyone who stopped by and for the chance to be a part of something so meaningful. I love our city, and its vibrance. Times are tough, but we are tougher- together.

Mental health matters every day, and reaching out for help is a sign of strength. We’re here for you—because we’ve been there too.
