Big thank you to and the players for having me out to deliver the Break The Silence workshop and be part of bringing the message to life.

The goal wasn’t to make players talk, it was to bring our silent struggles to light and help them realise they aren’t alone in what they carry.

Through the activities, the loud ones, the quiet ones, the leaders… all related to the same things.

That’s where the silence actually breaks.
Not from pressure, but from understanding.

When people realise others feel it too, judgement drops, support rises and the team changes.

Happy New Years Everyone 🎉

Today I ran my first ever Marathon only deciding to do it 2 weeks ago. This Marathon wasn’t about fitness. It was about healing.

53 laps around my block. No headphones. No offical marathon. No medal. Just me, my thoughts and my family supporting me through the tough kilometres.

For years I used running and training to escape my mental health struggles. This time, I ran with them, not away from them.

Because we all carry something.
But what makes it heavier is carrying it in silence. For so long I was suffering in silence and November 18th 2023 was the day silence almost won.

That’s why I’m relaunching this brand as Cortez Arise, a movement for anyone who has ever struggled in silence.

This isn’t fashion.
This is a reminder that You matter. You belong and You’re not alone.

This year we rise together 🖤
