More evidence that gut microbiome perturbation is evident in a variety of human diseases. Those with an unhealthy gut microbiota will often present with symptoms years in advance of disease development. A comprehensive microbiome test is a very useful tool to gain insight into how your unique microbiome may be affecting your health and how you can achieve a better balance of desirable and less desirable microorganisms through dietary and lifestyle changes.

Why choosing full-fat salad dressing is a better idea to lose body fat and ensure you absorb important nutrients from your colorful salads. Eating a salad (or cooked vegetables) with oil improves the absorption of numerous micronutrients, including alpha and beta carotene, lutein, lycopene and vitamins A, E & K.
