Emma Atherton, the owner and the heart of Liberty Womens wellness, is one of Greater Springfield's well-known ladies. Emma comes from a South American heritage, was born and raised in Australia, is a mother of five children, and has an early childhood teaching background. Emma loves to get involved in the community, with her husband Adam helping people through their healthcare business. Emma has a burning desire for Women's and Children's rights, charity, social justice, nutrition, and overall well-being. She understands. She listens. She has been listening to the heartbeat of disadvantaged women throughout the community, hearing their life and health struggles. Out of her own story and life struggles, in body and soul, she birthed the idea of Liberty Womens Wellness. Liberty Womens Wellness is Greater Springfields' first Women's health & wellness clinic. Creating Liberty & freedom for women to feel empowered and optimal health. Reflecting on the body, spirit, and soul. A place where Women can feel heard, find who they are, and be empowered. Liberty Womens Wellness will bring a holistic approach into the region with services such as:

For most women with an uncomplicated pregnancy — the answer is yes! 🙌

Exercise during pregnancy can:
✔️ Reduce back and pelvic pain
✔️ Improve energy levels
✔️ Support mental health
✔️ Help manage blood sugar levels
✔️ Improve sleep
✔️ Prepare your body for labour and recovery

A few important reminders:
• Avoid contact sports or high fall-risk activities
