Preparing for birth isn’t just about a birth plan.

Your body is doing the work — and how you move, breathe and use your muscles during labour can make a big difference.

Our Bloom Bump to Birth Workshop focuses on using exercise and movement to help prepare your body for labour and birth, while giving you practical tools you can draw on during labour.

In this workshop we’ll explore:

• exercises to support your body in late pregnancy

• movement and positions that may help during labour

• breath work

• strategies to support your pelvic floor and core

• practical tools you can add to your labour toolkit

This is a relaxed and supportive session designed to help you feel more confident, prepared and connected to your body heading into birth.

Are you someone who likes to prepare for birth or go with the flow?

Returning to movement after having a baby can feel confusing.

You might be wondering:
• Is it too early to exercise?
• What if I still have pelvic floor symptoms?
• Where do I even start?

Postnatal Reset is designed to bridge that gap.

This small group class is guided by women’s health exercise physiologists and focuses on helping you:

• reconnect with your core
• support pelvic floor recovery
• rebuild strength gradually
• move with confidence again

Every postpartum recovery is different, which is why this class meets you where you’re at.

Carrying babies.
Lifting prams.
Living mum life.

If you’re experiencing postnatal prolapse symptoms like heaviness, pressure or bulging, you’re not alone.

And recovery is more than just pelvic floor exercises.

Improving symptoms can involve:
• core pressure management
• breathing mechanics
• pacing activity
• stress management
• gradual return to movement
• timing exercise well
• building strength

Your pelvic floor works with your breath, core and whole body — especially when you’re doing everyday things like babywearing.

With the right support, many women can reduce symptoms and return to movement confidently.

Everyone’s recovery looks different — our Bloom EPs can help you build the right plan for you.

Starting strength training can feel intimidating — especially if it’s been a while since you exercised.

Our Build Foundations class is an entry-level class designed for older adults who want to build strength, balance and confidence in a supportive environment.

✔ Slower pace
✔ Learn movements by mirroring your exercise physiologist
✔ Focus on stability and control

International Women’s Day at Bloom 💛

Two exercise classes, brunch, lots of chats, and a community we’re incredibly proud of.

It was so lovely seeing a mix of current and past clients together in the same room — moving, catching up, and connecting.

We loved being able to spoil you a little with a free class and some food as a small thank you for being part of the Bloom community.

Women supporting women will always be something special.
