Our Postnatal Progressive Strength class is the final stage of our postnatal pathway — designed for women who are ready to move beyond the basics and build real strength again.

This is where we focus on:
• progressive loading (deadlifts, squats, push-pull strength)
• pelvic control through movement + rotation
• single-leg strength + coordination
• preparing your body for running + higher impact

Clear, guided progression with pelvic floor health & your postpartum body in mind.

New block focus: Squats

Strong legs matter more than we often realise.

Leg strength and power are key indicators for long-term health and independence — especially as we move through our 30s and into perimenopause.

This block is about building that foundation.

We’ll be focusing on:
• Bone loading through the hips and spine
• Building and maintaining muscle mass as hormones shift
• Developing strength and power that carries into everyday life

All through progressive, well-structured squat work — meeting you where you’re at.

Already training? You’re set.
Taken a break? This is a beautiful place to come back in.
