If you’ve been feeling tired, flat, or like exercise just isn’t working for you anymore — you’re not alone.

Midlife is often the point where what used to work… doesn’t feel right anymore.

It’s about understanding what’s changing in your body, and adjusting how you move to support it.

That’s exactly what we do inside Midlife Motion.

This is a small group workshop designed to help you:

• Build strength in a way that supports your body

• Improve energy and sleep

• Understand how hormones impact exercise

• Feel confident in what you’re doing again

Introducing the Bloom Postnatal Series:

🌱 Postnatal Foundations
A 1-hour workshop to understand your body, symptoms, and options after birth.
Education first. Pressure-free.

🌿 Postnatal Reset (6 weeks)
A guided, supported rebuild phase.
This is where we restore strength, core function, and confidence in movement.

🌸 Mums Strength Foundations (6 weeks)
Ongoing group training once a base has been established.
Progressive, supportive strength training — not rushed, not random.

🌺 Postnatal Progressive Strength (8 weeks)
For women ready to train with more load, complexity and long-term progression.

You don’t have to jump to the end.
You don’t have to “get back” to anything.

This series exists so you can move forward — safely, confidently, and at your own pace.

Postpartum isn’t just until 4 months, if you have had a baby in the last few years and want to return to exercise - this is the way.

Postnatal Progressive Strength is the final stage in our Bloom postnatal series — designed for mums who have completed Mum’s Strength Foundations and are ready for structured, progressive training in an 8-week block.

This is where we:
✨ Build real strength
✨ Increase load safely
✨ Improve power and capacity
✨ Support long-term pelvic floor and core function
✨ Train you like the strong woman you are — not just “postnatal”

Because motherhood doesn’t mean shrinking your goals.
