Bloom Beginner Postnatal – More than “just a mums exercise class” ✨

Your body has been through an incredible transformation. Now it’s time to rebuild from the inside out — safely, gently, and with expert guidance. 💛

Our Bloom Beginner Postnatal program isn’t about “bouncing back” — it’s about rehabilitation.
✅ Targeted exercises for core + pelvic floor recovery
✅ Gradual rebuilding of strength and stability
✅ Education on safe movement for your stage of recovery
✅ Support for managing postnatal aches, pains, and fatigue

Led by experienced women’s health exercise physiologists, we understand the changes your body has been through, and we tailor every movement to you.

A supportive, Pilates-based exercise class designed specifically for pregnancy and run by experienced women's health exercise physiologists.

These small group mum's strength classes are our most popular at Bloom - try one out before 2025 ends!

This progressive strength-based Mum’s class is suited to both the experienced exerciser and those new to strength training.

Strength training is a pivotal part of the postpartum period to rebuild strength after the changes of pregnancy and birth as well as building functional strength for mum life or return to exercise.

Being strong increases confidence in yourself and your capabilities - a must for mums!

Programming incorporates body weight, weighted and functional exercises specific to mum life or ‘mum movements' and is progressive throughout the 6 weeks so you can see your improvements! All classes are pelvic floor, prolapse and abdominal separation safe and we are able to make any changes where needed.

This class is a great next step after our rehabilitative beginner postnatal program or for those who have completed basic postnatal rehab.

Graduated from Mum's & Bubs classes? Over 40? Heading into or experiencing the menopausal transition AKA perimenopause? Have a family history of osteopenia or osteoporosis?

Bloom Women's Strength is for you 🌸

Build or maintain muscular strength, bone mineral density, support your joints and support symptoms caused by hormonal fluctuations.

Strength training is one of the most beneficial types of exercise you can do as a woman for longevity and improved overall health - at any stage or age.

Great for those looking for a progressive strength-based program, those looking for accountability or those who find it hard to train in mainstream fitness groups.

Classes are programmed as one, however each individual will have their own modifications dependent on goals, conditions & ability.

🤰Our Bloom Bump Pregnancy Exercise Strength is one of a kind. We are passionate about educating and showing women how pregnancy exercise can be so much more than just 'safe exercise'.

We cater to women throughout their entire pregnancy whether you are coming out of the 1st trimester fog or are 39 weeks pregnant and looking to get bub moving.

As clinical exercise physiologists who specialise in pregnancy, we are able to take into account and help manage the pain and symptoms you may be experiencing as well as prescribe intentional exercise specific to pregnancy.

Our pregnancy classes educate and teach you how to use your pelvic floor and core effectively and aim to help you manage pregnancy well, prepare for birth and prepare for postpartum.

We recommend if you are experiencing pain or symptoms, you have some 1:1 sessions first so we can help manage your symptoms and know how to best work with you in a class environment.

Wednesday 12th November 5:30pm for 5 weeks

Please note if you are new to working with Bloom you will need to complete a pre-exercise consult prior to participating.

Join us for our November Bloom Beginner Postnatal for 6 weeks of progressive rehabilitative exercise.

Bloom Exercise Physiology are women’s health return to exercise specialists who are highly knowledgeable and passionate about postpartum movement.

Why should you join?

~ Take time to invest in your postpartum physical and mental health with the best program for return to movement after pregnancy and birth.

~ Help repair abdominal separation, manage or reduce pelvic floor symptoms and restrengthen your entire body with our Bloom Beginner Postnatal.

~ Gradually build up core strength, improve breathing, reduce pain and build up towards functional strength exercises.

Join other newly postpartum mums for a weekly rehabilitative class.

For all Mumma’s post vaginal and c-section births wanting to rehabilitate after pregnancy and birth for the best return to movement, exercise and mum life.

Classes are bub friendly and held in Ipswich CBD with plenty of undercover parking, access to feeding space and change table as well.

Bloom Teen Girls Strength Program block 2 for Term 4 is open for bookings!

This program is for girls between the ages of 12 and 18 who are looking for a safe inclusive space to exercise. In this 5-week program you will learn the benefits of strength training as a female, how to move your body safely & effectively and how to lift weights with great technique.

Our Teen Girls Strength Class is about more than lifting weights — it’s about building confidence, resilience, and lifelong healthy habits. 💪

Inclusive and supportive, this class is designed for all young girls to feel empowered, strong, and capable in their own bodies 🌸

Our last block for Term 4 will run:
4:30pm Thursday 13th November - 11th December
