You might recognise this class as our much-loved Mums & Bubs Strength — we’ve simply updated the name to Mums Strength Foundations to better reflect its place within our Bloom postnatal pathway. 💗

This stage is all about building strong, safe foundations and gradually progressing your strength as your body recovers after pregnancy and birth.

✨ To progress into the next program level, a short Postnatal Review is required so we can reassess your core and pelvic floor function, check your movement patterns, and make sure your training progressions are right for your body and your goals.

Babies welcome, always 🤍

✨ Meet Sarah ✨

We’re so excited to welcome Sarah to Bloom as the new instructor for Bump Pilates.

You might even remember Sarah from last year — she was part of our Bloom family behind the scenes, supporting the team as our admin superstar 🤍 And now she’s back in a new role (and we couldn’t be happier!).

Sarah is a qualified Physiotherapist with a strong interest in women’s health, and has been teaching Pilates for the past two years. She loves helping women feel stronger and more confident in their bodies.

During her studies, Sarah completed a placement in women’s health — an experience that sparked a passion for supporting women through all stages of life.

We can’t wait for you to meet her in class ✨

Postnatal rehab isn’t just abs and pelvic floor. 👏

Because pregnancy doesn’t just “stretch your tummy”… it shifts your entire body.

Your pelvis changes position.
Your ribcage expands.
Your hips adapt.
Your glutes lengthen and often lose tension.
Your deep core has to manage pressure in a completely different way.

So after birth, recovery isn’t just about “switching your abs back on” — it’s about restoring balance, strength and connection through the whole system.

Real postnatal rehab includes:
✨ breath + pressure management
✨ core connection + deep stability
✨ hip + glute strength (often the missing link)
✨ posture + ribcage alignment
✨ pelvic and back support
✨ gradual load tolerance for real life (hello car seats + prams)

This is the foundation of Postnatal Reset — a guided program that supports your whole body, not just one area.

Because motherhood is full-body… your rehab should be too 🤍

Of course not 🤍✨

It’s absolutely not too late to start exercising in trimester 3.

In fact, the third trimester can be a beautiful time to focus on:
✔️ strength for birth + postpartum
✔️ mobility + pelvic stability
✔️ breath + core connection
✔️ reducing aches and pains
✔️ staying confident in your changing body

The key is simply choosing the right style of movement for where your body is at now — safe, supported, and tailored to you.

Even a few weeks of consistent movement can make a big difference. 🌿

🌸 Bump Pilates starts Monday March 2nd at 5:45pm (5-week block)
🌸 Bump Strength starts Saturday March 14th at 8:15am (5-week block)

If you’ve been wanting to exercise again…
but you feel nervous, unsure, or like your body isn’t ready…

This is for you.

Post-baby bodies change a lot — hips, pelvis, core, ribcage, posture, stability… everything shifts.

And jumping straight back into workouts often leaves women feeling:
• sore
• heavy
• leaky
• unstable
• discouraged

6 weeks postpartum and “cleared”… but you still don’t feel right?

And you’re definitely not alone.

• you know how to exercise again

It just means you’re ready for the next step.

Rest is important… but rest alone isn’t recovery. 🤍

After pregnancy and birth, your body needs more than time — it needs the right support to rebuild strength, confidence and function.

Because recovery isn’t just “waiting until you feel normal again”… it’s retraining the systems that support you:
✨ breathing + pressure management
✨ core + pelvic floor
✨ hips + glutes
✨ posture + stability
✨ gradual strength progression

That’s exactly what we focus on in Postnatal Reset — a supportive, education-based program designed to help you return to movement safely, gently and confidently.

Because you deserve more than “just rest”… you deserve a plan. 🌿

Early recovery doesn’t mean rushing.
It means intentional, supported movement that respects healing.

Healing needs circulation, not complete stillness
Postnatal Reset uses gentle movement to support tissue healing, reduce stiffness, and improve recovery — without overload.

The core and pelvic floor need re-coordination early
Reset focuses on breath, pressure management, and connection before strength, helping restore function safely.

Confidence is rebuilt through safe movement
Early guidance helps women trust their bodies again instead of fearing movement or “doing the wrong thing.”

It reduces compensations and setbacks later
Without early foundations, issues often appear months later. Reset helps reduce leaks, pain, and dysfunction down the track.

It creates a smoother return to strength and impact
Postnatal Reset is the bridge — setting women up for Mums Strength and beyond with better outcomes.

Postnatal Reset is designed for women in their first year postpartum who want to recover with clarity, confidence, and care.
