Due to the dynamic nature of the disability support sector, this role requires a high degree of flexibility in working hours and duties. Service demands can change based on participant needs, respite scheduling, and operational priorities. The successful candidate must be willing to adjust their schedule, work across multiple locations, and adapt to evolving tasks to ensure continuity of care and compliance with organisational standards.

Support Work
โข Provide person-centered support to individuals in line with care plans.
โข Assist with daily living activities, ensuring dignity and independence.
โข Monitor and report on client wellbeing and progress.
Administration & Compliance
โข Audits: Financials, medications, first aid kits, cleaning schedules, paperwork, PPE.
โข Meal Planning: Develop weekly meal plans, order groceries, audit fridge/freezer/cupboards, maintain labeling and inventory.
โข Scheduling: Book appointments, maintain house calendars.
โข Supplies: Manage house and office supplies.
โข Email Management: Organize and tidy inbox, respond to queries as required.
โข Safety & WHS: Conduct fire safety drills, evacuation procedures, and in-home WHS checks.
โข House Organization: Oversee storage systems (e.g., linen, equipment).
โข Maintenance: Perform equipment and maintenance checks, report issues promptly.
โข Respite: Reset and plan respite areas for incoming clients.
โข Medication Management: Collect and verify medications.
โข Documentation: Scan, file, and print documents as required.

โข Strong organizational and time management skills.
โข Ability to work independently across multiple locations.
