The Sacred Cow Yoga Studio is Ipswich's community based yoga studio, now located at 196 Brisbane Street North Ipswich at Studio 4305. Our highly qualified and experienced teacher, Bonnie Preston, caters to all levels and ages. Retreats and workshops and special events are also offered throughout the year.

Welcome! The Sacred Cow Yoga Studio is Ipswich's community based yoga studio, located in the Old Flour Mill in Ipswich's CBD.

Our highly qualified and experienced teachers, cater to all levels and ages - providing deep wisdom teachings.

Retreats, workshops and special events are also offered in our welcoming space. The studio also has a healing and therapy room, offering massage and various other healing treatments. Both the studio space and healing room are for hire at reasonable rates - please contact us for details!
