Set yourself up for monetisation anyone can do this even personal pages if you want to build a personal brand.

Step 1:
Your page needs to be set to Creator or Digital Creator.

Go to your settings on your page.

Scroll until you see audience and visibility.

Go to page set up.

Change your page to Creator or Digital Creator.

This will give you a professional dashboard you can start working with which is important in the next tasks to complete.

Negativity creeping in?

Pause.

🫰 Click your fingers.
Say out loud: “Not my timeline.”

Why this works?
Because your nervous system responds to interruption.

The finger click snaps your brain out of the loop, and the words create a boundary, fast.

You’re not denying reality.
You’re choosing which version of it you participate in.

Not every thought deserves airtime.
Not every emotion needs unpacking.

Some things just need to be declined.
Energy follows attention.
So stop feeding what you don’t want.

Click.
Declare.
Move on.

The more you do this, the quicker your system learns:
We don’t live there anymore.
And suddenly…
Less heaviness.
Less spiralling.
More clarity.
More momentum.

It’s Lammas (Lughnasadh) — traditionally celebrated Feb 1st in the Southern Hemisphere. Astronomical date this year Feb 4th @ 5.45am.

Lammas is the first harvest, historically marked by baking the first loaf from newly harvested grain.

Bread wasn’t a comfort food. It was survival. Celebration. Proof the season had worked.

So if your body’s been like:
“I don’t want a smoothie. I want CARBS.”
