💫 If you’re a coach, therapist, or natural practitioner spending your time commenting negatively on other practitioners’ posts… this is your reminder:
That energy doesn’t convert into clients.
It might get attention. It might even get agreement from a few people. But it quietly erodes trust, the very thing your work is built on.

Clients aren’t looking for the “loudest critic.” They’re looking for someone who feels safe, grounded, and secure in what they offer.

When you tear others down, it signals scarcity. When you stand confidently in your own lane, it signals leadership.

There is room for all of us.
Your growth will never come from discrediting someone else’s work. It comes from embodying yours so deeply that the right people can feel it.

Build, don’t compete. Lead, don’t attack. That’s what actually brings clients in.

🌚 This Full Moon in Libra isn’t here for your fake “I’m fine.”

It’s here to expose where you’ve been overextending, over-explaining, and over-compromising…
just to keep the peace.

Let’s be honest it’s not balance if you’re the one doing all the bending.

Where have you been choosing comfort over truth?
Where have you been saying yes… when your body is a hard no?

Libra wants harmony, it wants balance ⚖️
But real harmony doesn’t come from self-abandonment.

It comes from honesty.
From boundaries.
From choosing yourself without guilt.
This is your permission slip to stop shrinking, stop smoothing things over,
and stop pretending it’s okay when it’s not.

Because the most important relationship you have is the one where you actually show up as you.

First up we have Jules, an amazing Chiropractor who I am sharing a retail space with.

A little about how we met was, Jules was a chiro student doing some work experience at a place i was working as a Remedial Massage Therapist & we hit it off because at the time I also was a Kinesiology student which if you didn't know was a modality that came about through a Chiropractor.

Now all these years later we are sharing a retail space & are looking forward to working together to share our offerings with more people.

I had a snake in my yard today…
and somehow I feel more alive than I have all week.

Not because of the snake.
Because of what it did.

Everything went quiet.
No overthinking. No noise.
Just instinct. Presence. Awareness.

It snapped me straight back into my body.

And it made me realise…
feeling “flat” isn’t always something to fix.
Sometimes you’re just waiting for something to wake you up again.

Today, mine had scales 🐍

The real question is, how do we feel this alive… without needing the shock to get us there?

🌙 wide awake
🌙 overthinking
🌙 exhausted but wired

It’s not a mindset problem.

It’s a body that doesn’t feel safe yet.
Big difference.

🕉 Mindfulness is the practice of coming back to right now, not the past, not the future, just this moment as it is.

Staying present doesn’t mean your mind never wanders. It means noticing when it does… and gently bringing it back.

Here’s what that actually looks like in real life:
• You’re drinking your coffee and actually tasting it instead of scrolling
• You notice your breath when your thoughts start spiraling
• You feel your feet on the ground
• You pause before reacting instead of going on autopilot
• You actual listen in a conversation not just wait for a reply
• You notice the breeze, sunset or rainbow

✨️ The present moment is where your power is.
The past is memory.
The future is imagination.
But this moment? This is where your life is happening.

A simple way to start:
Take a breath in… slowly
Hold it for a second
Then exhale fully
Do that 3 times and just notice how you feel.

✨️ You don’t need hours of meditation.
You just need small moments of awareness, over and over again.

The more you practice, the more life stops feeling like something you’re chasing…
and starts feeling like something you’re actually living ✨
