PCYC Ipswich's Spartan Boxing Program is run at the Police Citizens Youth Club on Griffith Road, Eastern Heights. People come to boxing for a variety of reasons and goals. Our boxing program can help you with your self defence and fitness. Whether you choose our group classes as a first step to better health or you are looking to take your fitness to a higher level, require motivation or you just love the idea of punching our bags for stress relief you will be delighted with your results. Our qualified boxing trainers will correct your boxing technique throughout the class and help you execute moves. We supply all the equipment you need to get started. CLASS TIMES

First class free! PRICES per class:

Juniors 8-15 yrs $13.50 for an hour lesson. Seniors 16+ and adults $15.50 for an hour lesson. We also have Unlimited passes at reduced rates. Please contact us for prices and information. This Facebook site is run by the Instructors and Club members and is not a Police Citizens Youth Club site.
