The iCare Group Australia will be hosting a Family Fun Day alongside the game with plenty of activities for everyone to enjoy.

Every office needs an “Office Dad”… and ours understood the assignment.

Almost every single morning, Kiara’s dad, Koseta walks through the iCare office doors with coffees and hash browns in hand like some kind of breakfast superhero.

No meeting scheduled.
No shift booked.
Just pure dad energy and a commitment to making sure we all start the day properly caffeinated and well fed.

What started as a quick drop in has now become a non-negotiable part of our mornings. If he’s running two minutes late, you’ll find the office staff standing around wondering if something has gone terribly wrong.

At this point we’re pretty sure he’s the most reliable person in the entire Operations organisation.

So today we want to give a massive shout-out to our official iCare “Office Dad.”
Thank you for the coffees, the hash browns, the cuddles, the chats, and for becoming such a special part of our little work family.

We appreciate you more than you know ❤️

What an incredible weekend for the iCare Group Australia Ipswich Jets Rugby League Team

Not only did the Jets deliver a huge 30–0 victory over the Blackhawks, they also showed what community spirit is truly about.

During the TAE Aerospace Defence Force Appreciation Day, the Jets family and wider community came together to raise over $20,000 for two young rugby league players, Lennox and Eli, who were seriously injured in a tragic accident in Booval.

At just 14 years old, these two boys and their families have a long road ahead of them, and seeing the community rally around them was incredibly powerful. One of the standout moments of the day was Blake Lenehan bravely shaving off his iconic locks to help raise funds, a gesture that truly captured the heart of the day.

We are incredibly proud to stand alongside the Jets as Naming Rights Partner and to be part of a club that represents strength, resilience and community.

Congratulations to the players, staff and supporters on an amazing start to the season.

Ipswich showing once again that when our community comes together, we show up in a big way.

We’re excited to officially have our Registered Nurse Lauren out in the community supporting our participants with high-quality, compassionate care.

Lauren brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, helping our participants stay healthy, comfortable and supported in their own homes and communities.

Our Community Nursing services include:
• Palliative care

• Continence & catheter care

We were absolutely honoured to be invited to attend the induction and first training session of the Gold Coast Titans Leagueability Team at the Titans High Performance Centre.

Leagueability is an inclusive rugby league program designed for people living with disability. It creates a safe, supportive and empowering environment where participants can build skills, confidence, friendships and most importantly, feel part of a team. It’s about ability, not limitation. It’s about community, connection and opportunity.

Watching the players step onto the field for the first time, seeing the excitement, nerves and pride, it was something really special. The energy was incredible, and the support from everyone involved was inspiring.

At iCare, inclusion and opportunity sit at the heart of what we do. Being welcomed into this space means so much to us, and we are genuinely excited about the role we can play in supporting this amazing initiative moving forward.

We can’t wait to be involved and cheer this team on every step of the way!

We are currently recruiting experienced Support Workers for immediate opportunities within mental health and high-behaviour environments.

This session is for confident, resilient professionals who have experience supporting individuals with complex presentations and are comfortable working within structured behaviour support plans.

We are particularly seeking candidates with experience in:

• Self-harm behaviours
• Physical and verbal aggression
• Absconding and high-risk safety concerns
• Trauma-informed and behaviour support approaches

Experience within Correctional Services or Youth Justice environments is highly regarded, as these roles require strong behavioural management skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
