Introducing the Equagel Cushion.
- EquaGel is made from a dry-polymer gel arranged in a series of columns.
- As pressure is placed on the cell wall, it gently collapses, allowing the user's body weight to be distributed across a greater surface.
- As well as the postural support, the open structure of the EquaGel cushion makes it significantly cooler than many other support cushions.
- The EguaGel range includes the General support cushion that features mild contouring for everyday use, and the Protector cushion that has deeper postural support and is intended for users who need moderate to high postural support.
- For users with specific support needs, there is also the Adjustable Protector which comes with removable pelvic contour inserts.
- All EquaGel cushions come with breathable, water-resistant and multi-stretch covers.
- Featuring velcro straps for wheelchair attachment, these cushions are long-lasting, low maintenance and easy to use.

- 2” tall EquaGel in two stages
- The pelvic area of the cushion is contoured to more evenly distribute a user’s weight than flat cushions, while retaining 1 ¼” of buckling gel under the pressure points
Equagel Protector
- Pressure injury treatment level 1-2
- 2 ½”tall EquaGel in two stages
- The pelvic area of the cushion is contoured to more evenly distribute a user’s weight than flat cushions, while retaining 1 ¾” of buckling gel under the pressure points
Equagel Adjustable
- Pressure injury treatment level 3-4+
- 2 ½”tall EquaGel in two stages
- The pelvic area of the cushion is contoured to more evenly distribute a user’s weight than flat cushions, while retaining 1 ¾” of buckling gel under the pressure points
-Included are two different pelvic contour inserts that can increase the amount of therapeutic gel under the pelvis from 1 ¾” to 2”, 2 ¼”, or 2 ½” deep. The gel contour inserts are slipped into the fabric pocket inside the cover, beneath the gel
