If you have a mat - you have an at home glute series 🍑 🔥 Try for 10-12 reps of each!

🔹Pelvic curl - glute and hamstring activation + spinal mobility
🔹Single leg pelvic press - single leg glute and hamstring isolation
🔹Single leg lift in bridge - stabilising glute endurance, challenge to low back and pelvic stability
🔹Clam - pelvic stability and glute med activation
🔹Clam with heels lifted - pelvic stability, more range for hip mobility
🔹Clam + leg extension - added challenge for hip mobility and glue endurance
🔹 Four point kneel hip extension - integration of shoulder stability and core whilst working into hip extension
🔹 Four point kneel hamstring curl - challenge to glute endurance whilst targeting hamstrings
🔹 Four point kneel leg pulses - challenge to deep core to stabilise in hip extension
