Using EFT you can set your goals, discover your beliefs (choosing new ones if they no longer work for you) and live a more "Conscious" life , taking responsibility for how you create it. I love introducing people to Emotional Freedom Technique and helping them begin this exciting adventure onboard "The EFT Express" to emotional mastery and freedom. It is my goal to teach this technique to as many adults, children and groups (friends, carers, colleagues, families) as possible all around the world. EFT can be applied to all areas of life - relationships, business, sports peformance, physical pain. In my experience EFT can benefit any situation that you encounter in your life. SKYPE: Skype or Zoom sessions can be arranged if you live to far away to come to Ivanhoe or you live overseas.
