Ok so the THERMIE has finished and the meat has been cut and stored away (cold sandwich/salad meat) while the slow cooker cooks on. 3hrs so far and it's not even half cooked. Both meats were put on frozen. I do love my thermie. I am a get in there and get it done type of girl, so my thermie suits me just great. Time to leave the house and go fishing. Lol
