Kavina works with children, adolescents, adults, and families. She brings a warm and thoughtful approach, offering a space where people can slow down, talk openly, and begin making sense of what they are experiencing. ✨️

Many people seek support when emotions feel overwhelming, confidence feels low, relationships feel difficult, or life changes begin to feel heavy. 🌿

Kavina works alongside you to understand these experiences and develop practical ways to cope, build confidence, and move forward.

She has experience supporting children and families in school and disability settings, and particularly enjoys helping people manage big emotions, navigate friendships and family relationships, and better understand themselves. 💙

We’re pleased to introduce Chiara to the Calm Space team! 🎉

Chiara works with children, adolescents, adults, and couples, supporting people who may be experiencing anxiety, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, relationship challenges, or difficulties reconnecting with themselves and what matters most in their lives.

Her approach is collaborative and grounded in evidence-based frameworks including CBT, ACT, DBT, and trauma-informed practice. Chiara also has a strong interest in relational work, drawing on Gottman Method and attachment principles when supporting couples and families. 💫

With experience across early learning, disability support, crisis response, school settings, and substance use services, Chiara brings a thoughtful and flexible approach that centres each person’s goals, strengths, and lived experience.

At $105.00 per participant per session (5 week program), including all materials, this is an exciting opportunity where psychology blends with a special interest in magic!

🪄 Group therapy provides an opportunity for individuals with similar concerns and difficulties to work together as a team to address their concerns, share experiences, and provide validation, acceptance, and support.

🪄 Our group therapy programs are both structured and unstructured depending on the group and activity, client-focused, supportive, and use evidence-based therapy approaches.

🪄 We aim to provide psychoeducation, improve participants' understanding and self-compassion, and further develop their skills to improve their overall coping.
