Most mums aren’t under trying, they’re under fuelled.

When meals don’t keep you full between school runs, snacks, and everyone else’s leftovers, consistency becomes almost impossible.

Low protein meals → constant hunger → grazing all day → starting again Monday.
Higher protein meals → fuller for longer → fewer cravings → easier fat loss.

You don’t need to eat less.

Not because I was “doing it wrong,” but because I was rushed, distracted, and eating on autopilot most days.

A lot of us aren’t overeating, we’re under noticing.
Eating while standing, scrolling, or finishing the kids’ plates, then wondering why we’re still hungry.

A couple of simple shifts that help:
• Sit down to eat (even just 5 minutes)
