Thank you to every single one of you who’s followed along this year, sent a message, shared a post, trusted me with your journey, or simply cheered quietly from the sidelines.

Christmas is really only a couple of days. Be present, enjoy the time with family and friends.

Remember that there is no 'good' or 'bad' food. You don't need to work off what you've eaten, or work hard to earn that piece of pavlova. There should be NO guilt attached to Christmas Day.

Eat the food. Make memories. Enjoy Christmas with those you love.

Between school runs, snack negotiations, and the never ending laundry pile, who has that kind of time? The truth is, small, consistent bursts of movement work way better than long workouts you never finish.

Even 10–20 minutes at home, when you actually have a moment adds up, and it’s way more realistic for busy mums like you. Consistency > intensity, every single time.

So, forget the guilt, forget the “perfect” gym session. Start with what you can do today. Your future self (and your sanity) will thank you.
