There is nowhere to go except within. Itβs you against your mindset, your self talk, your ability to sit in discomfort. And when your muscles are aching and your back is breaking, the crowd are cheering but it is just you against you. No phone to distract, no avoiding the feelings, You must learn to embrace how your body responds, harness it and use it as fuel. It then transfers to all aspects of the hood. Motherhood, businesshood, familyhood, etc, because being uncomfortable is comfortable and that is a super power. βοΈ
