Appointments with Fleur can be in-person at Jindabyne or Australia-wide by telehealth via Zoom. Fleurieu Nutrition (soon to be rebranded as Compleat Health and Dietetics) is a private dietetic practice established in 2011, in Strathalbyn, South Australia, and is now practising in Jindabyne, in the Snowy Mountains region in southern NSW. The principal, Fleur Brinkmann, is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with more than 20 years of experience in clinical, community, health promotion and residential aged care facilities. Fleur also has prior experience in catering and food service, and has a passion for food, nutrition, edible gardening, and cooking, which further assists in providing a tailored, practical and individualised approach with each client. We offer a number of services and choices to make it easier to see your dietitian:
* Face to face (in-person) appointments are conducted at:
- Unit 3, 6 Park Rd, Jindabyne, NSW, and
- 58 High St, Strathalbyn, SA - 6 monthly
* Telehealth appointments (via Zoom) from the comfort of your home or workplace. This is a great choice if you are time-poor, live further away, are too ill to attend appointments in person, or are unable to take time off work to attend appointments.
* Home visits for NDIS clients, and for those unable to travel, in:
- New South Wales: Jindabyne, Berridale, Cooma and surrounding areas.
