As a Remedial Massage Therapist 💆, Master Reiki practitioner ✨, and Fitness Instructor 🏃‍♀️, Maria understands that well-being is multifaceted. Her background in counselling and coaching 🗣️ supports clients not only physically, but also in building clarity, resilience, and a sustainable wellness mindset 🌱.

With experience as a Lifeline crisis support volunteer ❤️, Maria offers a calm, grounded presence and deep respect for the complexity of human experience 🌸.

A lover of hiking 🥾, snowboarding (still perfecting those turns) 🏂, strength training 🏋️, yoga 🧘‍♀️, and Pilates 🤸‍♀️, she understands the demands on active bodies and the importance of recovery and balance ⚖️.

🎓 Graduating in 2016 with a Diploma of Remedial Massage, Kristina takes a holistic approach to bodywork, drawing on her background in Social Science, Psychology, and even her time as a chef! She’s fascinated by the body’s ability to move, adapt, and heal — and she’s here to support you whether you’re recovering from the slopes or simply carving out some time for yourself.
