Everyone is an empath these days… apparently 👀

But feeling things deeply doesn’t automatically make you one.

Empathy isn’t:
❌ reacting without accountability
❌ emotional overwhelm used as an excuse
❌ making everything about you

Empathy is:
✔️ awareness
✔️ emotional responsibility
✔️ understanding others without losing yourself

It’s quiet. It’s grounded. And it doesn’t need to be announced.

Not everyone sees spirit or hears voices.

It can look like:
