Working with cacao, and cleansing the space with sound and palo santo, is part of my pre session ritual.

Not only for my vibes, but ultimately for your nervous system.

The moment you enter the space, your body is already listening. It’s reading cues, sensing if it can find safety.

Your nervous system meets mine and responds - before a word is spoken.

So the way I show up matters.

If I’m grounded, present, and regulated, your body feels that.

If I’m not…. you feel that too.

This is why I take the way I show up seriously.

Holding space is rooted in real, physiological processes. It’s about creating a set and setting where your body can soften, trust, and receive.

Before you even lie down, the work has already begun.

This isn’t just “woo”
it’s biology.
It’s co-regulation.
It’s the quiet language of the body.

This photo was taken 3 years ago - days before one of the hardest most resistant nights of my life.

I was standing on the edge of the Amazon jungle in Tarapoto, Peru… about to drink Ayahuasca for the first time.

Honestly?
I was scared but curious and hopeful.

Something in me felt completely magnetised to it. Like my soul already knew this moment mattered.

I had no idea what was about to unfold.

And what did unfold… cracked me open in ways I couldn’t have imagined.

Was it easy?
F@ck No.

It stripped me back.
It forced me to face parts of myself I’d been avoiding.
It asked for trust.
It asked for vulnerability.

But on the other side of that… something incredible happened.

I remembered who I was.

It felt like a return to wholeness. Like being put back together in ways I didn’t know were possible.

Three years later, I’m still walking that path.
Still learning to trust.
Still choosing growth.

And here’s the thing I want you to hear:

Those big, scary, uncomfortable moments in life, the ones that make you feel like everything is falling apart, or for me in that moment, like I might actually die…

They’re often the doorway to your rebirth.

The breathwork I guide people through now holds that same power.

A chance to step outside the story.
To see clearly.
To release what’s been stuck in the body for years.

To transmute and alchemise pain into something meaningful.

Growth isn’t comfortable.

But that’s exactly why the other side is so beautiful.

I feel deep gratitude for the women who make this world stronger every single day. Today we honour the strength, the courage, the achievements - and the quiet, powerful shifts that happen in the small moments. The steps taken when no one is watching. The bravery it takes to keep showing up.

We celebrate the contributions of women everywhere.

But especially the women we have come to adore - the ones who sit with us in our space, who choose themselves again and again. The ones who are bravely walking back toward their own truth, remembering their voice, their worth, their power.

To every woman who sits with us and leaves remembering a little more of who she truly is - we see you. You inspire us more than you know.

Every day I feel a growing sense of hope. Because when women remember who they are, something extraordinary happens.
