We’re proud to share an exciting professional milestone for Jorja (), who has now completed her nursing degree and become a Registered Nurse.

Over the past three years, Jorja has been an integral part of our dermal team, providing a range of advanced skin and laser treatments with exceptional care and attention to detail.

Now, as she commences advanced clinical training with , Jorja will begin expanding her practice to include the administration of medications that have been prescribed by Dr Clark. Of course, Jorja will continue to offer all advanced dermal and laser services to her clients as well.

Her dedication to skin health and continuous learning truly reflects the values we hold at MIRA Clinic, and we’re delighted to support her as she takes this next step in her career.

Here’s a progress update on Rhiannon’s tattoo removal journey with at MIRA Clinic, West Perth.

Rhiannon got this tattoo over 10 years ago in Bali and began removal treatments in late 2024. After six sessions, there’s already a noticeable reduction. We are still performing treatments for Rhiannon and will post an update as treatment progresses.

There’s no fixed number of treatments for Tattoo Removal, each case is unique. Rhiannon is continuing her sessions every 6–8 weeks as we work toward full removal.

EMFACE ... a non invasive facial treatment that works by toning facial muscles, enhancing elasticity & improving facial contours and helps support collagen production.

No down time with this one but certainly one of the more weird feeling treatments I've had as the muscle contractions take place.

This only takes a mere 20min but requires several treatments spaced a week apart with full results expected a couple of months later. Watch this space...

After waiting nearly 3 years to get his hands on the AviClear Laser, finally welcomed one into the West Perth Clinic in 2024.

There was a team of scientists in Boston who discovered that there’s a particular wavelength of light (1726 Nanometers) that absorbs into the oil of Sebaceous Glands better than the rest of the skin. Immediately the scientists at Cutera realised that this could be an acne treatment.

They developed the AviClear Laser and brought it to the US market a couple of years ago. When Dr Andrew saw the clinical studies he was very impressed. There’s a 92% reduction in the severity of acne symptoms for patients 2 years after they’ve stopped the course of laser treatments.

The results can be life changing but let’s not forget that acne is a very complicated disease. There’s a lot of factors involved so it’s important to remember that if you are getting AviClear Laser (or any type of laser treatments or acne treatments) you must think about your skincare, your diet, the type of cleansers and the type of nutrients that you can use on your skin. If you do that and you combine it with the laser then Dr Andrew thinks you can get incredible results.

Treating the always popular “face, neck and dec” with and our Enlighten III Laser at MIRA Clinic West Perth.

The Enlighten III is a Pico Second Laser and has a range of popular uses for rejuvenating ageing and sun damaged skin, including freckle reduction, treatment of fine lines and enlarged pores and improvement of general skin texture and tone. In addition to this, our Pico Laser is very effective for Tattoo Reduction. We now have an Enlighten III at each of our clinics and they’ve been a popular addition to people’s skin health treatment plans.
