This is kinda gross but this can be used as a simple indicator for people with gut issues such as SIBO, IBS, IBD etc
Don’t dismiss symptoms of food intolerances as it could be something more like leaky gut where the lining is compromised… but don’t panic… it can be repaired 😉
First thing in the morning (before drinking, eating or brushing your teeth) spit into a glass of water.
If it floats, all good… if it starts to sink or has strands hanging down like jellyfish tentacles… this can indicate a bacterial overgrowth in the gastrointestinal tract…
Pre-biotic and probiotics can be beneficial here…

Hi All, I’ve just received notification that FRESHA are increasing their fees and now a mandatory monthly subscription fee on top… this is getting out of control… they took $13,000 in fees from my profit last year…. So I have no choice but to change my system yet again. Books will be closed for online appointments while this gets sorted. All current bookings will remain in place.
We are going to have to go back to old school messaging for bookings and ALL PAYMENTS will be CASH on the day and BANK TRANSFER ONLY for all deposits. Failure to pay deposit means your appointment request will be cancelled. Please bear with me as we navigate this mess yet again.

On a positive note: my prayers have been answered in the form of a beautiful soul named NAZ, who will be assisting with admin tasks. If you see her in store or receive messages from her, please make her feel welcome x
