Hand to Heal Massage is now welcoming you at

I am so excited to open this new space and continue caring for you here.

There is free parking directly out the front for your convenience, and HICAPS is available for on-the-spot health fund claims.

If you arrive a little early and a session is still in progress, please feel free to relax on the front veranda seating — take a breath, slow down, and ease into your session.

We are directly across from Lake Joondalup, so if you feel called to take a gentle walk after your appointment, the lake is right there waiting for you.

From the treatment room you can even hear the bird life — it’s peaceful, grounding, and beautifully calming.

From March, Hand to Heal will be permanently relocating to my home in Joondalup 💫

📍 Last day at 88 Lakeside Dr: 26 Feb
📍 Sessions resume at 477 Lakeside Dr: Tuesday 3 March

I’ll be working from my front lounge room initially, while we transform the garage at the back of the property into a beautiful, purpose-built studio/clinic space.

Same care. Same treatments. A grounded new long-term home 💜

✨ A Different Way of Seeing the Body ✨

I take a unique, multi-layered approach to every treatment — assessing and working on the physical, emotional, and energetic levels all at once.

For example, someone may come in with chronic shoulder blade pain. Their shoulders are rounded forward, chest muscles tight, and upper-back muscles locked in protection. The neck and rib attachments might be pulling upward, and even the hips or lower back can be affected.

As I plan the massage, I’m also reading the energy. This person may be highly analytical or living with ADHD, often experiencing anxiety, sleep issues, or headaches. Energetically, I might find the base chakra blocked — the centre that grounds us and relates to how we experience life.

When emotions like anger, fear, or jealousy are judged as “bad,” we can skip the emotional journey and jump straight to trying to understand the experience. This bypass can cause energy to get stuck between the base and the heart — often showing up as shoulder tension and upper-back pain. The body begins to close off rather than open out.

When we address both the physical and energetic layers, the body can finally release, rebalance, and heal on every level — physical, emotional, and spiritual. 🌿

For the past few months I have immersed myself in studying Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) — and wow, what an incredible system the lymphatics are!

This gentle yet powerful network beneath our skin plays a vital role in cleansing, circulation, and immune function — helping our bodies eliminate waste, reduce inflammation, and restore balance.

Everything is interconnected — the body, mind, and energy systems all communicating to us.

I’m excited to weave this deeper understanding of lymphatic health into my treatments at Hand to Heal, supporting clients not just to feel lighter and more energised, but to truly flow in every sense of the word.
