This was our brief to Amanda for our logo and we think she nailed it! What do you think? …..
~ Our business is called Studio Eight and we will be offering Reformer Pilates and Yoga.
The back story to our business name is that between us we have seven kids. We plan to love, nurture and grow this business just as we have with our children, so for us it feels like the birth of a ‘business baby’ and will be like having and caring for our eighth child (hence Studio Eight)!
We really like a blue/teal colour pallet and would also like to somehow incorporate the infinity symbol into the logo ♾️ (also affectionately known as the ‘lazy 8’.)
The spiritual meaning of the infinity symbols is that it “represents eternity, cyclicality, and the interconnectedness of all things. It suggests that life, love, and energy are not linear but rather a continuous flow, with endings giving way to new beginnings. It can also symbolize the boundless potential for learning, growth, and spiritual expansion.”
This very much aligns with the mindful intention of our business, the practice of Pilates and Yoga and what we want our Clients to experience when they visit our Studio.
In terms of style, we like simplicity and elegance which will go with the beautiful space we will be creating for our Community. ~
