2026 is bringing some exciting changes to Exercise Right & Rehab, designed to make our programs, classes and memberships more streamlined, efficient and enjoyable.

We’re introducing a refreshed class timetable, upgraded booking system and updated program structures to make your experience smoother and easier. We’ll also be implementing revised pricing to support ongoing, high-quality, clinician-led, evidence-based care.

Welcome Emilie! ✨

Emilie joined our team in September 2025 and we’re excited to officially introduce her! She is a Sports Scientist who loves working in a clinical environment and supporting people to improve their strength, fitness and overall quality of life through exercise. This year, she’ll continue her learning journey by starting her Master of Exercise Physiology.

At ERRS, you’ll see Emilie running some of our group classes and clients can also book in with her for personal training, assessments and individualised program writing.

Outside of work, Emilie enjoys camping and fishing with her partner. They share their adventures with their energetic kelpie–border collie cross and are currently planning a lap around Australia!

We’re thrilled to officially welcome Emilie to the team! 🎉

Strength for Life - Now Covered by HBF! 🎉

We’re pleased to share that our Strength for Life sessions are now fully funded for eligible HBF members 🙌

Strength for Life is an individualised strength and balance exercise program designed to help people over 50 get fit, stay strong and improve balance. Work towards your goals with like-minded people in a fun and friendly group setting, with support and encouragement to become stronger and fitter.

To get started in the program, you can self-enrol with our team or speak to your GP for a referral. If you’d like more information on the program, please get in touch with our team at ERRS and to confirm whether your policy covers Strength for Life, please contact the HBF Member Contact Centre on 133 423.

It’s official - our boxing classes start next week! Join us on Wednesday, December 10th at 4pm at The Strength Lab 💪🥊

We’ll be offering a range of boxing classes in the future, but to kick things off, these Wednesday afternoon sessions are suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Enjoy a supportive environment while you build strength, confidence and endurance with a workout that blends cardio, power and technique 🙌

Outside of these dates and times, Exercise Right & Rehab will be unstaffed from Monday, 22 December 2025, reopening on Monday, 5 January 2026.

🔑 FOB Members: You’ll still have 24/7 gym access during the break.

💪 Class-included memberships: These will automatically adjust gym-only access pricing over the closure period.

Emilie’s first ERRS birthday! 🥳🎂🎈

This week we celebrated Emilie and we’re excited to officially introduce her as one of our fantastic Fitness Instructors. You might have already spotted her in the studio leading our Supervised, Strength for Life, and Balance & Agility classes.

Emilie has completed her Bachelor of Sports Science and will be starting her Masters in Exercise Physiology at Murdoch next year 🙌
