We are excited to have the opportunity to manage the gym. We are hoping to improve the services and facilities that we offer our members and develop with our knowledge in the areas of fitness, health, and rehabilitation. We have a lot of things to attend to and are doing our best to progress through and settle in. We are approachable and friendly people with sincere enthusiasm towards the health,

fitness and group training techniques available. We are in the process of organising an amazing team of people to assist us in making Gym Tonic great again!

Time table update: due to weight restrictions on the flooring at lesmurdie we switched the head to toe and tone and tighten around however forgot to up date the Thursday 6pm class. So please be advised of the following:
Tonight 6pm lesmurdie hall is Tone & tighten
Tomorrow, Thursday 23rd 6pm at Gooseberry Hill hall is Head to Toe.
All other classes are as pwr schedule below.

🚨 UPDATE: To all our valued members
We understand that our temporary closure has been frustrating, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused to all members. We are responding to enquiries as quickly as possible; however, we are currently experiencing a high volume of messages and appreciate your patience.
Please note that all direct debit memberships—unless you are attending our interim classes—will be placed on hold within 14 days of our temporary closure on 9 April.
As all memberships are billed post-term, there may be instances where an additional week is charged due to processing timeframes. If this occurs, please be assured that any excess charges will be fully rectified once we reopen.
We understand that many members are not interested in interim classes and that this situation is a significant inconvenience. Please know we are doing everything we can to resolve matters promptly and to continue providing a safe and well-equipped gym environment.
If you wish to cancel your membership, please send your request to the Gym Tonic email, and it will be processed from the date your request is received.
Further updates will be provided as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and continued support. 💜🧡

A huge well done to everyone who’s been showing up and stepping it out — our Monday 6PM ATB Step class is officially back in the GREEN ZONE!

Your consistency has paid off, and we’re so excited to see this class thriving again. Let’s keep that momentum rolling and make Mondays the strongest start to the week.

And just a little reminder — Beginner Step is getting one more chance Monday the 13th of April at 5pm, so if you’ve been thinking about giving it a go, that’s your moment.💪

📣 TIMETABLE UPDATE — IMPORTANT CHANGES 💜🧡

We’ve made a few adjustments to keep our timetable strong and focused on the classes you love most.

After reviewing attendance:

❌ MetaPWR and Beginner Step have now been permanently cancelled.
🔴 Step ATB (Mon 6pm) has moved into the RED zone.
💛 Body Blitz (Tues 6pm), Pumped (Wed 6pm) and Mat Pilates (Thurs 6pm) are now YELLOW and at risk.

💡 A quick reminder:
Our Traffic Light System helps us keep the timetable sustainable.
Classes with 5 or fewer participants for 4 weeks move to yellow, then red, and may be removed. No new classes are added until the next timetable update.

If you’ve been meaning to try one of these sessions, now’s the perfect time. Your attendance genuinely shapes what stays on the timetable.

Thanks for always showing up, supporting your favourite classes, and keeping our community strong 💪✨
