A Blissful beginning
Local resident and Kahuna Massage therapist, Deb Lubbers, decided to create a retreat, a peaceful space of tranquility where people could take time out of their busy lives and relax and unwind. Through her training in Hawaiian Kahuna therapy she has blended deep relaxation massage with emotional balancing and spiritual cleansing, embodying the ancient and beautiful art of Kahuna.
As her dream of creating a natural health haven grew, she was joined by Sarah Parsonson, another local resident, qualified and experienced in remedial massage and traditional Chinese therapies. Through her unique blend of Eastern and Western practices Sarah treats her clients wholistically both through her extensive knowledge of functional anatomy, preventative and rehabilitative therapies, as well as systemically balancing Qi (vital energy) flow and restoring harmony to the body through the use of Chinese therapies.
Together at Total Bliss, our goal is to provide affordable natural health in a relaxed and peaceful environment.
