ππ Daily Energy Hygiene Practice
Daily energy hygiene is just as important as physical hygiene, yet itβs often overlooked. Throughout the day, we unconsciously absorb energies from people, places, and situations, which can leave us feeling drained, anxious, or disconnected from our true selves. By consciously cleansing, grounding, and protecting our energy field each day, we maintain clarity, balance, and vitality. This simple practice supports emotional regulation, deepens our spiritual connection, and strengthens our energetic boundaries. Over time, energy hygiene becomes an empowering act of self-love: a way to stay aligned, centered, and in control of the frequencies we attract and hold ππ
ππThe Technique:
Every morning: Start your day by connecting with your own energy: simply place a hand on your heart, breathing deeply, and feeling into your body. Call your energy to you by saying βI am whole, I am completeβ.
Every night: At night, before sleep, take a few minutes to call your energy back to you, like an energetic shower. Visualise a white golden light coming down from the sky and showering you, intentionally say βI release all energies that are not mine and no longer serve me, I send them back to Source with gratitude. I call my own energy back to me from all people, places, and situations that I have encountered todayβ, allowing it to return cleansed and whole.
Duration & Recommended frequency: Few minutes, daily
