Hello beautiful souls! My name is Natasha & Iโ€™m super excited to be joining the lovely team at Energise Natural Health as the Practice manager and Naturopath.

A little bit about meโ€ฆ Iโ€™m a Naturopathic healer, Mother, meditator, sound healer, tea lover, cat lover and walking the path of the Goddess. I am absolutely passionate about everything to do with natural medicine especially herbal medicine, as well as expanding and raising the frequency of human consciousness.

๐Ÿ‘‰I have been in the wellness industry now for 14 years as a Naturopath.
๐Ÿ‘‰I am passionate about restoring health through healing the gut and healing the mind. My naturopathic focus is on the gut โ€“ brain link which includes chronic gut problems and stress-related disorders such as anxiety, fatigue, burnout, adrenal exhaustion, depression, insomnia plus food as medicine especially plant-based.
