Suffering from lower back pain? Try these simple stretches:

~ cat and cow. On hands and knees, alternate arching your back and rounding it slowly, coordinating with breaths.
~ kneeling to chest. Lie on your back, bring one knee to your chest to hold for 30 seconds. Alternate legs to stretch the back and glutes.
~ windshield wiper. Lie on your back with knees bent, feet flat. Gently rock your knees from side to side.

~inhale through nose for 4 seconds
~expand your rib cage, not your shoulders
