💛 I’m excited to share an update!

I know I’ve been pretty quiet on this page over the past 12 months and honestly, after being in full-time practice for the past 17 years, serving thousands of patients in the community and caring for family members alongside my clinic over the last 5 years, I needed a well earned pause from consulting.

I’ve received so many beautiful messages over the last 12 months checking in, asking how I’ve been and when I’ll be reopening my books, so thank you, it’s meant a lot. 💛

As many of you know, earlier this year we relocated to North Queensland, and we’re absolutely loving it! The sunshine, ocean swims/breezes and a slower, more balanced way of living has been such a gift.

After taking this much needed time to recharge and refocus, I’m excited to share that I’ll be reopening my books in January 2026, welcoming new patients via telehealth only.

This next chapter will allow me to continue doing what I love most - helping people improve their health and vitality - while also embracing more balance and flexibility in life. 🌿

I’ve continued to enjoy attending natural medicine conferences throughout the year, staying connected with our wonderful practitioner community and continuing to expand my professional education.

I can’t wait to reconnect with familiar faces and welcome new ones in the year ahead! ✨

🌿 A New Chapter – Grateful for 17 Amazing Years! 🩵

As many of you know, I closed my books in October 2024 to care for my mum, who required 24/7 palliative care at home. Following her passing, and after 17 wonderful years serving the Browns Plains and surrounding communities, my hubby and I are embracing a new adventure—moving to North Queensland for a sea change!

What This Means:

💙 I’ll be taking a well-deserved break for self-care this year.
💙 I will no longer be offering in-person consultations.
💙 I will not be accepting new patients in 2025.
💙 Existing and long-term patients can still book Telehealth appointments via link below. Limited appointments available.
💙 If you have been referred to me as a new patient please email info@passion4health.com.au and I can offer you some referrals to trusted local practitioners.

It has been an absolute honour to support thousands of patients on their health journeys over the past 17 years. From one-on-one care to in-person workshops, I have truly valued every interaction. Thank you for your trust, support, and allowing me to be part of your wellness journey. 🩵💙

I’ve now closed my books for the remainder of the year, as I’ve taken on full-time palliative care for my mum at home.

Whilst it's empowering and a privelege to care for her it will also be a challenging and emotional time for us all especially as we navigate what lies ahead.

For those with scheduled appointments, I’ll be reaching out individually by phone and email to reschedule.

I’m also able to provide referrals to trusted colleagues if needed. If you are looking for a referral please email info@passion4health.com.au

Your supplements can still be ordered via your online prescription as usual for delivery.

If you're inclined, prayers for strength, resilience, patience, and peace would be greatly appreciated.

From August I am only available for Face to Face appointments on a Wednesday from 65 Grand Plaza Dr, Browns Plains with entry now through Muscle Torque and Lymphatic Health & Massage. On Tuesdays I will be offering online appointments.

We’re back home! We had a great holiday in USA visiting Disney World and Mexico with our best friends. Clinic will reopen next Wednesday, 1st May at 10am. See you all then!

The clinic is now closed and will re-open on Wednesday, 10th January. It has been a pleasure working with so many of you this year and thank you for sharing your journey to wellness with me. I am grateful for the opportunity to witness many transformations that have occurred.

Your mind is such a powerful thing! Have you ever noticed when you're around negativity it rubs off on you? Ever woken up in a bad mood and just chosen to sit there in sadness/pity/grumpy for the whole day, then got frustrated with yourself once the day ended feeling like you wasted it? 🤷

When you start to fill it with happy positive thoughts your life will start to change. 💃💥

Put a smile on that gorgeous face, put on your favourite clothes and take a moment to remember the amazing things in your life right now, in this moment, and hang on tight 💞💫

Dinner prep is well on the way! Sunday night dinners are a favourite at our home and often shared with family and friends which is what makes it so special! We often pick a theme and have fun trying new recipes. What new recipe have you made recently?
