Well this year has gotten away from me again. With my intention of mindfulness towards this page I have become neglectful.
Life becomes so busy that we get caught up in our own stresses and timetables.
I have been studying a new modality over the last couple of months - Sound Healing Therapy- I’ve completed my level 1 and 2 and look forward to another 2 modules to complete the training. Then I will look at offering sound healing or possibly incorporating sound into massage treatments.
Within the understanding of everything being vibration and frequency it is easy to see how sound can influence our mental, emotional and physical state.
Sound waves influence the integral proteins on the surface of our cells- different frequencies help to stimulate different hormones and neurochemicals resulting in a range of health benefits.
If you get the chance get yourself to a sound bath or sound healing session - I highly recommend it

Happy New Year to everyone
Things have been slow moving this year. Due to ongoing repairs in my house and kitchen from damage caused by a water leak my availability will be more limited until end of march. i will be starting appointments from Tuesday 4th Feb Appointments may need to be rescheduled due to tradie availability. Thankyou for your understanding for the next couple of months.

This year I will practise mindfulness to find time for posting more information to support your health and wellness goals.
Remember- every moment is an opportunity to start again - to start mindfulness in all aspects of life.

Woohoo. So this was my weekend. Achieving my Level 1 in Holistic Pulsing
What an amazing technique- gentle and relaxing - yet at the same time so powerful in relieving pain, improving energy, releasing emotions and so much more.
It works on balancing the fluids in the body - the blood, digestive juices, cerebrospinal fluid, the ground substance of our fascia, our hormones.
The gentle pulsing technique is an amazing experience
