She has been practising as a Massage Therapist in Kapunda since 2000 and previously, with the The Sanctuary Health and Healing Centre in Tanunda. Liz is passionate about her work and is a healer who works holistically not only on the body, but on the mind and spirit level as well. She works from the heart, in the spirit of aroha which reflects her Maori heritage and background in natural healing. How does massage work? Massage can stimulate and relax the body and mind. It can stimulate the skin, blood and lymphatic system boosting circulation, aiding cellular renewal and removing toxic wastes. As tense muscles relax, stiff joints loosen, nerves are soothed and a sense of well-being is experienced. Common conditions relieved by massage
