Now the weather is warming up, here are some self care tips
to stay cool during the months ahead:

1. Stay indoors during the middle of the day to avoid the peak temperatures.
2. Drink plenty of fluids throughout the day. While tea and juice are good, water is the best way to stay hydrated! Store water in the fridge to ensure you always have access to cold water.
3. Keep as cool as possible by wearing light, comfortable and breathable loose fitting clothing. Use air conditioning or fans if available, and use wet cool towels to moisten skin.
