Hello, I’m Laurel a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist who is passionate about helping people relieve pain and restore movement. I specialise in trigger point therapy, soft tissue release and myofascial cupping to target specific issues and improve range of motion. I’m also trained in pregnancy massage and enjoy working with clients to help improve mobility. I am also passionate about using massage therapy as a form of relaxation to enhance overall well being. Outside the clinic, you’ll find me cooking, surfing and spending time outdoors with my family. I look forward to working with you.
