A space for you to soften…
to breathe…
to land fully into this sacred chapter 🤍

Guided by Em of & Laura of , our Expectant Mothers Circle is a deeply nurturing experience for mums-to-be ~ a space to connect with your body, your baby, and a community of women walking alongside you.

Through gentle yin, meditation, sound, and optional cacao or herbal tea, you’ll be guided into rest, connection, and support.

Say hey to our newest Ora instructor!

Prakruti ✨

A beautiful teacher stepping into the Ora space.

The words you’re reading in this carousel are Prakruti’s own ~ a glimpse into her lived relationship with yoga, presence, breath and being human.

Her practice is rooted in grounding through emotion, finding stillness in the chaos, and returning again and again to the now. A reminder that yoga isn’t just something we do… it’s something we live.

Expect classes that feel:

Water of Release 💧
A ceremonial gathering for women, held gently and with deep care.

This experience weaves together ritual, journaling, guided meditation, and intuitively offered sound to support emotional cleansing and inner renewal. There is no pressure to share, no expectation to perform, and no need to push. Rest, stillness, and simply being are all deeply welcome here.

Jess holds space with warmth, trauma-aware care, and deep respect for each woman’s individual journey. Her work supports emotional regulation, self-connection, and inner healing, and we are so grateful to host this offering within Ora.

A little share from my full heart to yours as I return to the red earth for more movement, breath, stillness, connection 🤍

Over the break, my family and I travelled to Thailand together ~ a big dream of ours, and honestly… so many intentions were met.
Taking our blended family overseas for the first time.
Sharing that experience together.
Watching our little buddha take in the world with wide eyes.
Slowing right down.
Being present.
Choosing connection again and again.

There was so much sweetness in the simple moments ~ walking side by side, shared meals, belly laughs, tired evenings, deep conversations. The kind of moments you don’t plan, but feel in your bones when they arrive.

One of the most powerful experiences for me was standing before the Big Buddha. The energy there was palpable ~ peaceful, cleansing, grounding, sacred. Witnessing the daily rituals of the Thai people, their reverence, their devotion, their gentleness with spirit and culture… it was deeply humbling. It felt like being invited into something ancient and meaningful. I’ve come home softer, clearer, and with a heart that feels very full.

From mine to yours ~ thank you for being here, and welcome to 2026 🤍

The Space is a Yoga studio in Karratha, WA. We offer Ashtanga, Vinyassa, Yin and Pre-Natal/Post-Natal classes.

We have a wide range of self-care products including doTERRA essential oils, Mayde Teas, Birthwise Bodywise Products, Lorraine and Blair weekend bags, Joli by Marni Lava jewellery and our own range of bath salts, body scrubs and natural deodorants.
