This breathwork journey is an invitation to reconnect with these parts. Through guided transformational breathwork, you open the body's subconscious layer~ allowing what is ready to release to move through naturally and organically. No forcing, no rushing, no performing. Just breath, presence and YOU.

Guided by Em of & Laura of , our Expectant Mothers Circle is a deeply nurturing experience for mums-to-be ~ a space to connect with your body, your baby, and a community of women walking alongside you.

Through gentle yin, meditation, sound, and optional cacao or herbal tea, you’ll be guided into rest, connection, and support.

The Space is a Yoga studio in Karratha, WA. We offer Ashtanga, Vinyassa, Yin and Pre-Natal/Post-Natal classes.

We have a wide range of self-care products including doTERRA essential oils, Mayde Teas, Birthwise Bodywise Products, Lorraine and Blair weekend bags, Joli by Marni Lava jewellery and our own range of bath salts, body scrubs and natural deodorants.
