It’s been a while since I’ve shared here.
Lately, I’ve been reminded how powerful it can be to simply pause — to breathe, soften, and rest.

That’s what Yin Yoga offers me, and what I love sharing most: the spaciousness to just be.

This teacher training immersion is for yoga teachers and dedicated practitioners who want to go deeper into the art and science of Yin Yoga. We’ll cover philosophy, anatomy, and sequencing — alongside the practice itself.

BIJA YOGA

Just like nature shaking off winter—animals stretching and tiny buds pushing through the soil—our bodies start to stir again too. Humans don’t really hibernate—but all those short days can make motivation take a hike!

As spring light tiptoes back in, something shifts: mornings feel brighter, energy builds in unexpected corners, and moving our bodies suddenly doesn’t feel quite such an effort.

Yin Yoga is a perfect companion for this waking up season—helping to hydrate connective tissue, gently stimulating circulation, and giving our nervous system a soft little nudge as we unfold.
