Exercise has numerous positive effects when managing type 2 diabetes. 🚴‍♀️🏋

We understand that it can be hard to get started and know what to do to help manage type 2 diabetes. 🤔💭

Our Diabetes Wellness Class is here to help! With a tailored plan from Tegan our exercise physiologist and weekly group classes on Monday at 2pm, it will make it just that little bit easier to get started and stay motivated! ✨✨

Also, classes are bulk-billed. You can simply have a chat to your GP and receive a referral.
