Here’s how we can do even better:
✅ Proactive individualised plans — tailored treatment cycles rooted in personal goals and long-term outcomes.
✅ Enhanced continuity of care — flexible transitions across treatment cycles (e.g. timely End-of-Cycle Reports) for uninterrupted support.
✅ Phone calls and touching base between appointments - If you can't make it in for a while to see us, we won't forget about you. We'll make sure we touch base every now and then to make sure your physio plan is working for you.
✅ Team collaboration — we work to communicate with your wider medical team to ensure we're all working together on the same shared goals.
✅ Veteran feedback loops — request input through-out from YOU to refine our treatment plans continually. We make sure we're working on what's important to you!
