About a month ago mountain biker Adolf Silva crashed during the 2025 Red Bull Rampage event.

We're not going to rehash the crash or get into discussions around whether these types of events should exist.

But we are keen to share some of his rehab videos over time as they show some of the brilliant work that physiotherapists do in the spinal injury space.

For context Adolf suffered fractures of his T2 and T3 vertebrae and dislocated further vertebrae down the T6. He currently has no sensation below his chest.

This first video shows him starting to work on sitting balance, rolling and transferring from bed to chair.

We love working with anyone committed to their goals including weight loss, rehabilitation and high performance - Our clients value our professionalism, experience, education and guidance.

Brisbane sessions are delivered out of Physical Addiction Health and Fitness in Stafford Heights (no gym memberships required) and Sunshine Coast sessions are available on a mobile basis.

We have multiple trainers with degrees in Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology and Physiotherapy!
