What a year we have had at Morr Movement!

We are so incredible grateful to all our osteo patients and pilates clients supporting us supporting you. We are super proud of the community we are all creating.

In saying that we will be taking some time off over the Christmas/New year period to reset for a massive 2025!

We will see you around this week for our last few days before the break.

Fire cupping 🔥

This non invasive adjunct treatment option is used by Mark in the clinic for all sorts of pain presentations.

Cupping is a soft tissue therapy that uses a vacuum effect force to lift underlying skin, fat and superficial fascia.

Mark uses three different methods of cupping and sliding fire cupping is one of them.

Fire cupping may help with:
-increasing blood flow to the area
-muscle relaxation
-treatment of musculoskeletal pain
-assisting the lymphatic system

Don’t worry a very normal response is for you to look like you’ve been in a wrestle with an octopus 🐙
