Who said Pilates wasn’t cute?! 🥰

Our Mums and Bubs classes run every Monday, Tuesday and Friday at 11:15am and can be booked in on a casual basis as we know not everything goes to plan when we have little ones.

The classes are designed for you to have a safe space to get back into exercise and meet like minded mums.

We love seeing you all sharing your birth stories with each other and having a laugh while you take some time for yourself ☺️

🍼Bring Bubs along with you to class in a pram, capsule or have them lay on a blanket along side you.
🧸 Bring all the toys, food or devices you need to keep them entertained or have them join in with you during class.
👶🏼Open to ages 0-4yo
