MYELOMA (blood cancer)

Sister, I love you.
I need you to know,
no matter how long or hard the road ahead may feel,
You will never be alone.

Sister, I love you.
I see you and connect with your pain;
I know life has dealt you a card that is hard to explain.
But I will be here to hold it with you until we can reshuffle the cards again.

Sister, I love you.
For showing up each day with positivity and strength no matter how tough or traumatic the day.
But I want to assure you;
I am and will always be right beside you.
Embracing you with love and comfort assuring you that God has got us every step of the way.

Sister, I love you.
I know the road ahead is tough and the destination unknown but I want you to always remember you will never, ever be walking this road alone.

Dedicated to my beautiful sister ‘Kim’ who was diagnosed with Myeloma blood cancer November 2025, and will be having a Stem cell transplant April 28th, 2026.

Yes my energy gets drained.
Yes I get caught in situations of saying ‘yes’ when the answer should be ‘no’.
Yes I get stuck in my thoughts and give way too much power to them.
Yes I fall into shadows of doubt and unworthiness.
Yes, yes, yes, I am every bit human as the next woman, wife, mum and friend.
But what I have learnt through my many lessons is when my energy is compromised and I become emotionally and mentally rattled I don’t REACT to life, I REST!
When I rest, I need to retreat, I seek silence not noise, nature not chaos, routine rituals not spontaneous whims, take away the fuel that feeds toxic thoughts and stop reading into the story my mind has created that hasn’t even been lived yet. When I do these things I give myself the chance to see the signs the gift of guidance from Spirit.
I’ve spoken about signs before and today 2 signs arrived, 2 gifts of assurance that faith is the only fuel I need, let go of thoughts or past actions that have drained me, let go of what is causing me to resist flowing with the tide that is for me.
Trust my heart, the Holy Spirit within me.
I heard the other day something so profound, “Our lives are not defined by any one action. Our lives are the sum of our choices”.
I choose FAITH over Fear and TRUST over Doubt.
See above the beautiful signs that were gifted to me today. The timing of there arrival was absolute divinity.

Release for Peace

We spend so much time and effort protecting the thoughts and emotions that weigh us down, hiding them in fear of judgement and shame.

Holding onto stories of assumption that only cause us deep emotional pain.

What if we could just let me them go? Free ourselves of carrying burdens, lighten our hearts and minds.

Letting go is not losing. It is opening ourselves up, to have the mental and emotional space for all the love that will serve your higher self.

What if you could free yourself of the burdens you carry in your heart and mind? A mind filled with fear has no room for wisdom. A heart that grips too tightly forgets how to love.

Release for peace and freedom so that you are available and open to experience the divinity of Gods light and love.
