What a great way to start the year! Tell someone, write it down, let it go!

This is a "safe box." ✨

In it, children are encouraged to put all their fears, worries, and "failures" to help them depersonalize their negative thoughts, become more aware of them, and ultimately gain power over them. 💪

It's a great project for the end of the year to put all those fears and negative beliefs away. ❤
