It’s so interesting that with all our knowledge, understanding and awareness, so often we still don’t DO the things we need to DO, to FEEL the way we wish we did.

It almost feels as though we have been indoctrinated, socialised and taught to NOT take care of ourselves, to not DO the things that will bring us relief from discomfort.

Just acknowledging this, might be all the shift you need to make a change. To Do the thing that will SHIFT you, from what you prefer you didn’t feel.

SIX TIMELESS LESSONS TO LEARN FROM AN EAGLE TO SOAR IN LIFE🦅

1⃣ Eagles Fly Alone and at High Altitudes

Eagles don’t fly with sparrows, ravens, or other small birds. They soar alone or with other eagles.

💡Meaning: Stay away from narrow-minded people who drain your energy or hold you back. Surround yourself with those who inspire and challenge you to grow.

2⃣ Eagles Have Accurate Vision

Eagles can focus on prey up to 5 km away and will not shift their gaze until they capture it.

💡Meaning: Leaders must have a clear vision. Stay focused on your goals, regardless of obstacles, until you achieve them.

3⃣Eagles Do Not Eat Dead Things

They only feed on fresh prey, never on carrion.

💡Meaning: Don’t dwell on past successes or failures. Keep pursuing new opportunities and fresh challenges. Leave the past behind and focus on the future.

4⃣ Eagles Love the Storm

When dark clouds gather, eagles rise above the storm. They use the storm’s winds to soar higher, while other birds hide in fear.

💡Meaning: Face challenges head-on. Use adversity as fuel to grow stronger and rise to greater heights. Great leaders thrive in difficult times.

5⃣Eagles Prepare Their Young for Training

Eagles make the nest uncomfortable by removing soft feathers and grass, forcing the young to learn to fly.

💡Meaning: True growth begins outside your comfort zone. Don’t settle where you are—push yourself into new experiences and opportunities.

6⃣Eagles Renew Themselves

As they age, eagles retreat to the mountains. There, they pluck out weak feathers, break off their beak, and regrow stronger ones to extend their life.

💡Meaning: Leaders must continuously renew themselves. Let go of old habits, limiting beliefs, and comfort that no longer serve you. Renewal may be painful, but it is essential for transformation and long-term success.

One of the things I share a lot is my belief in the 3 Things Every Human Needs to do Everyday!
1. Ground your Energy
2. Protect your Energy
3. Clear your Energy.

When you become aware of your own energetic space, Intentional in how you use your energy, what you allow in your energetic space, how you manage your energy.. life shifts! And in my experience, so much for the better!

Being aware means, having awareness of how you’re feeling, what you’re thinking, what you’re allowing in your world, how you are allowing others to treat you.
It starts with you. You being aware of YOURSELF.
Do I feel safe?
Do I feel centered?
Do I feel Calm?
Do I feel stable?
Do I feel I can cope with anything life throws at me?
Do I feel capable of making decisions and responding to life, rather than reacting?

When you are grounded, you answer Yes to these.
Making Grounding a daily practice, part of your morning routine, can set up your day to be intentional, working with awareness, working with your own spiritual team, being able to really sense and use your intuition.

Here is a little snippet of Grounding. Be aware of YOU. Be aware of how you feel, how you are moving, and find what works for you to ground yourself.
