This Saturday, we’re bringing the ultimate XMAS themed morning of movement, joy and relaxation all in one magical festive event🎄

Start with a fun, Christmas themed Yoga/Pilates flow and enjoy some fresh juice from Santa 🧑‍🎄

✨Then slow everything right down with deep, nurturing stretches and a peaceful, restorative sound bath designed to help you unwind at this crazy time of year!

Christmas shirts are absolutely encouraged AND bonus points for sparkles 😉

Think traditional mat Pilates ~ turned up a notch 😉

Expect 40mins of resistance weights, dynamic sequences and strength-based flows that will leave you feeling the perfect mix of sweaty, strong and stretched ✨

🕓 Class times:
Monday — 6:30am & 8:15am
Wednesday — 9:00am & 5:30pm

Slowing down and moving the body with intention is so healing ✨

After the stresses and busyness of the week 🤪
stepping on the mat always feels like I’m hitting that reset button ⚪️

A gentle reminder to “just take a deep breath” and sit in gratitude. There is so much to be thankful for in this beautiful, ever changing life. Even if that feels chaotic or messy at the time.

I hope you take a moment of calm for yourself today and can sit in that space too 🩵
