Kinesiology is centered around helping the nervous system rewire itself.
Chronic fatigue isn’t just low energy – it’s nervous system collapse.
Most CFS patients aren’t stuck in fight-or-flight, they’re in dorsal vagal shutdown: frozen, numb, and disconnected. This is a hardwired freeze response – the body’s last-resort survival mode.
In this state, healing stalls.
Protocols don’t land.
Motivation disappears.
Even simple tasks feel impossible.
Recovery doesn’t start with supplements or binders. It starts by restoring safety to the system.
That means:
→ Training the nervous system out of collapse
→ Expanding the window of tolerance
→ Rebuilding resilience with tools like neurofeedback, breathwork, brain retraining, and somatic work
→ Tracking progress with HRV or brain mapping when possible
No protocol works until this autonomic state is addressed, because a body stuck in fear can’t heal until it feels safe enough to try.
