Yesterday was an incredibly difficult day, and we sincerely apologise to our clients for the inconvenience of having to cancel today’s appointments. Emily will be in touch with you to reschedule ♥

Our beautiful Phoebe left this earth last night and is now flying high with all the other precious souls watching over us.

Anyone who knows Sarah understands just how special Phoebe was—her spirit animal, her first baby, and a love so deep it’s hard to put into words. This loss is truly heartbreaking. The Seam family’s animals are such a huge part of their lives, and they will be taking some time to grieve and honour Phoebe’s memory.

Our clinic is more than just a place for treatments — it’s a little community we share with all of you. 🧡 We feel incredibly lucky to be part of such a beautiful community 💛

Every day our clients leave pieces of kindness with us… a smile, a chat, a story, or sometimes a beautiful surprise.
Today one of our lovely clients surprised us with this handmade glass bee mobile, personalised just for our little honey corner. 🐝✨
Not long after, another client surprised Sarah with this rendition of Poppet (we think it captures her sassy essence perfectly) and that was the cherry on top, we have both been teary all afternoon. 🐶

The past few weeks have had their challenges, but moments like this remind us just how special this work really is. The smiles, the laughs, the tears, the sighs of relief when pain eases… and the genuine connections we’re lucky enough to make every day in the clinic and out in our community.

These little bees brightened our whole day.

🌿 A little clinic update 🌿

We are incredibly grateful for the continued support of our community — right now the clinic is very busy, and appointments are currently booked until around mid-April.

While we would love to see everyone straight away, our schedule is quite full at the moment. If you know you’re due for a treatment, booking ahead is the best way to secure a time that suits you.

That said, things do move around! If you’re hoping to get in sooner, please don’t hesitate to call the clinic and ask to be added to our cancellation waitlist. We do our best to contact people when appointments become available.

Thank you for your patience and understanding while we continue doing what we love — supporting our wonderful clients.

✨ A Little Update for Our Wonderful Community! ✨

Hey everyone! We’ve been crazy busy helping people feel amazing with acupuncture lately (which we LOVE ❤️). But with all the new faces coming in, we've noticed a few first-time patients forgetting to show up for their appointments… 😅

Sooo, to keep our schedule running smoothly — and to make sure we can offer those spots to people who really need them — all new clients will now be asked to prepay at the time of booking.(refundable if canceled before 24 hours)

Think of it as a tiny energetic commitment to feeling better 😉💫

Some time there are just really hard days, Our hearts are heavy today.

She was a bright, beautiful personality — someone who illuminated every room she entered and made your heart smile simply by being herself. ✨💖 Her presence was a gift, and her absence is deeply felt.

While we are grateful that she is no longer suffering, we hold close the hope that she is now free…
soaring on the breeze like a beautiful butterfly. 🦋

🌿 A Friendly Reminder About Our Cancellation Policy 🌿
As many of you know, we are a busy clinic with a long list of patients hoping to book appointments. In order to best serve everyone who needs care, we kindly ask that all clients honor our 24-hour cancellation and no-show policy.

We’ve recently had a few last-minute cancellations without sufficient notice. When this happens, it becomes difficult for us to offer those appointment times to others who are waiting.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice — as well as no-shows — will incur the standard cancellation fee.
We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation. This policy helps us keep our schedule running smoothly and ensures that more people can receive the treatment they need. Thank you for respecting our time, as we always respect yours.
