As we move through the Christmas period, we want to gently remind everyone to look out for one another. While this time of year can be joyful, we know that for some in our community it can also be a really tough time.

A small act of kindness, a phone call, a message, or simply checking in on someone can make a world of difference. Please be mindful of those around you and continue to support each other with care and compassion.

While our service is closed over the Christmas period, support is still available. If you or someone you know needs to talk or requires immediate help, please reach out to:

• Lifeline on 13 11 14
• Kempsey District Hospital for urgent support

No one has to go through a hard moment alone. Let’s continue to stand together as a community, showing kindness and looking after one another.

Standing Shoulder to Shoulder 🤝

To our men in community — you don’t have to walk things alone. Strength isn’t about carrying everything by yourself, it’s about knowing when to reach out and stand shoulder to shoulder with others.

Whether you’re going through a tough time, feeling overwhelmed, or just need a yarn, support is here. Our doors are open and our team is ready to listen, support and walk alongside you.

Reaching out is a strong step forward. Together, we build each other up, support our wellbeing, and keep our community strong.

If you or someone you know needs support, please reach out. You are valued. You matter. We stand with you.
